Chocolate Rice Bubble Bars |

These bars are a cheaper alternative to prepackaged bars, and are great for kids. These bars may be served hot or cold, and are nice either way. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) |
1 (400 g) can condensed milk |
3 cups rice bubbles |
1 1/2 cups oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Mix ingredients. 3. Place into a lined baking tray. 4. Bake for 5 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and mark outline of bars. 6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until crispy. |
