EXCELLENT and low fat, low cal! Only 152 calories! Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese, reduced fat |
1 1/2 cups milk, skim, divided |
1 tbsp splenda |
11 g pudding, chocolate, sugar-free, fat-free (1 sm box) |
1 crust, graham cracker, reduced fat |
12 oz. cool whip free topping |
Directions:
1. BEAT cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. of the milk and the Splenda in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spread onto bottom of crust.. 2. POUR remaining milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer. 3. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. |
