Chocolate-Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups fat-free milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt, softened
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup chambord or raspberry nectar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 1/3 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
Directions:
1. Place milk in container of an electric blender; add yogurt, powdered sugar, Chambord, and cocoa. Cover and process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
2. With blender running, remove center cap from cover, and drop raspberries into yogurt mixture; replace cap, and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
