A fantastic sweet treat :) Instead of cocoa powder, you can substitute hot chocolate mix. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup frozen raspberries |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon sugar substitute or 1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine in blender and enjoy. |
