A fantastic sweet treat :) Instead of cocoa powder, you can substitute hot chocolate mix.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar substitute or 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine in blender and enjoy.
