Chocolate Raspberry Rum Sauce |

This is a simple creation of mine that's been well-received by friends and family. I love the combination of raspberries and chocolate. Pour it over vanilla ice cream. Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen raspberries |
1 teaspoon rum |
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Put raspberries in a microwavable bowl. 2. Add rum. 3. Cover raspberries and rum with chocolate syrup. 4. Microwave 20 - 30 seconds, enough to thaw raspberries. 5. Mash and combine thoroughly with a spoon. 6. Pour over ice cream. |
