cool delicious Ingredients:
3 cups of cold milk |
1 cup refrigerated hazelnut nondairy creamer |
2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix |
1 cup crushed shortbread cookies |
2 cups sliced raspberries |
whipped cream or cool- whip topping if desired |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl whisk the milk, creamer,and pudding mixes for two 2. minutes 3. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set 4. Spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of 8 parfait glasses 5. Sprinkle each with one tablespoon cookie crumbs 6. Top with raspberries and remaining pudding and crumbs 7. Refrigerate one hour before serving 8. Garnish with whipped cream and red & black raspberries for nice presentation |
