Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bars |

Press in pan, bake....spread the center.....chill...... then spread the topping....chill.......done! Servings depends on the size you cut the bars. Ingredients:
crust |
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
1/2 cup margerine |
filling |
1/2 cup raspberry jam |
3 oz pkg cream cheese (softened) |
2 tbl milk |
1 cup ( 6oz) white chocolate chips |
glaze |
2 oz (2 squares) semisweet baking chocolate |
1 tbl shortening |
Directions:
1. Oven 375 2. Blend flour and powdered sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. 3. Press mixture into 9 inch square pan 4. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned 5. Spread jam evenly over baked crust. 6. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. 7. Add melted chips to cream cheese mixture; beat until smooth. 8. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls onto jam, spread evenly 9. with a light hand 10. Chill until set 11. In small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate with shortening, stirring constantly. 12. Spread over white chocolate layer. Chill completely, cut into bars. 13. Cover and refrigerate |
