Chocolate Raspberry Burritos For Camping |

A zippy take on a burrito. The fruit can be changed to what ever you find in the woods on your hike. The around the campfire you can reep your rewards. Kids love them!! Ingredients:
four 8-9 flour tortillas |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup fresh raspberries |
2 t. melted butter |
2 tsp. sugar |
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. At home, mix sugar, cinnamon, store in a zip-lock baggie. 2. Don't forget to bring it with you camping. 3. At campside, stack tortillas, wrap in a piece of foil; grill over indirect (med-low) heat, turning once, about 5 minutes until they are warm, pliable. 4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup each of chocolate chips, raspberries in center of each tortilla; fold in sides, roll up (like a typical burrito). 5. Brush rolls with half of melted butter. 6. Grill burritos over indirect (med-low) heat, turning once, about 3 minutes, until they start to show grill marks, chocolate chips are melted. 7. Remove from heat, brush with remaining butter. 8. Sprinkle with stored sugar, cinnamon mixture. 9. Serve warm. 10. These can be made at home on the grill too. 11. They are great with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. |
