Chocolate Pudding Cake for 2 |

I love chocolate pudding cake, and this one is for 2 people (or in my case, one). It's even better with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! Ingredients:
1/3 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 dash salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
3 1/2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa |
1/4 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients. 3. Stir in milk, butter, vanilla. 4. Pour into a 1 quart baking dish. 5. Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cocoa. Sprinkle over cake batter. 6. Pour 1/4 cup hot water over sugar/cocoa mixture. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. 8. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. 9. Spoon onto dessert plates and top with ice cream if desired. |
