For those with a sweet chocolate tooth Ingredients:
1/2 cup biscuit mix |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons cocoa |
3 tablespoons milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
1/2 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar and cocoa. 2. Stir in milk and vanilla. 3. Spoon into 2 greased 8 or 10 oz custard cups. 4. Combine brown sugar and cocoa for topping in a bowl. Stir in boiling water. 5. Pour over batter. 6. Bake 350F 25 mins. 7. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. |
