A tasty, smooth dessert that makes you drool. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cornstarch |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3 cups milk |
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped |
ritter sport bittersweet 71% cocoa chocolate (for special occasions) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler. 2. Stir in milk and chocolate. 3. Place over boiling water and stir constantly until thick and smooth. 4. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. 5. Stir vanilla into recipe chocolate pudding. 6. Refrigerate until chilled. |
