I found this recipe on the side of a box of graham crackers while grocery shopping. I made it for dessert tonight. It was delicious and easy to make. Ingredients:
crust |
9 whole honey grahams, crushed to 1 1/4 c. |
1/4 c. granulated sugar |
1/4 c. baking cocoa |
6 tb butter, melted |
filling |
1 1/2 c. milk |
1 package instant chocolate pudding |
1 c. sour cream |
Directions:
1. TO PREPARE CRUST: 2. Butter a 9 pie plate. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar and cocoa. Add melted buter; mix well. Press onto bottom and sides of prepared pie plate. Set aside. 3. TO PREPARE FILLING: 4. Combine milk and pudding mix. Beat one minute or until thickened. Blend in sour cream into pudding mixture. Pour into crust. Chill 2-3 hours or until set. 5. Serve topped with whipped cream. |
