This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 pint whipping cream |
1 ounce sugar free jello instant chocolate pudding mix (1 sm package) |
1/2 cup silk soymilk or 1/2 cup nonfat milk |
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder |
Directions:
1. Mix whipping cream and pudding mix together until firm, add silk and protein powder mix about 2 minutes or until thickened. 2. Keep in refrigerator. Smear over BROWNIES. |
