2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup instant potato flakes |
4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 package instant chocolate pudding |
1 cup butter |
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup water |
4 eggs |
glaze |
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
2 tbs cream cheese or butter |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
2 or 3 tbs milk or cream |
3 to 5 tbs chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 or 12 Bundt pan. 2. Mix all of the ingredients together, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. 3. Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let it stand in the pan, on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then spread on the glaze. 4. Glaze: 5. Mix all of the ingredients together. 6. Beat on low speed until smooth. Then spoon it on top of the cake. Top it off by sprinkling chopped nuts on it. |
