Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup instant potato flakes
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbs cream cheese or butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 or 3 tbs milk or cream
3 to 5 tbs chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 or 12 Bundt pan.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let it stand in the pan, on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then spread on the glaze.

5. Mix all of the ingredients together.
6. Beat on low speed until smooth. Then spoon it on top of the cake. Top it off by sprinkling chopped nuts on it.
