Chocolate Pistachio Nut Marble Cake |

This is a knock-out cake. So easy. So gourmet. Great combination of flavors. Ingredients:
1 box duncan hines butter cake mix |
1 small package pistachio instant pudding |
4 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1/4 cup hershey's chocolate syrup (to go in half the batter) |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate syrup 2. Blend with mixer for 30 seconds 3. Beat at medium for 2 minutes 4. Pour 1/2 batter into a separate bowl 5. Stir into this batter 1/4 cup chocolate syrup 6. Spoon batters alternately into a greased and floured 10 tube or Bundt pan 7. Zig zag spatula through batter to marble 8. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched 9. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan 10. MAY ICE WITH A FAVORITE CHOCOLATE ICING AND TOP WITH CRUSHED PISTACHIOS 11. Cake is delicious served without icing and chocolate ice cream |
