Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
4 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 tablespoon(s) cocoa |
2 eggs separated |
2 cup(s) milk |
1 tablespoon(s) margarine |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 pie shell baked |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, egg yolks, mild, margarine, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. (could also use a double broiler) Pour into pie shell; top with stiffly beaten egg whites, sweeten to taste. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Yeilds: 6 to 8 servings. |
