Creamy, homemade chocolate pie that you cook in your MICROWAVE! Yes, in the microwave, and nobody can tell! You'll love it. This recipe makes 3 regular pies, or 2 deep dish pies. Ingredients:
2/3 cup cocoa |
3 cups sugar |
3/4 cup flour |
6 eggs, seperated |
5 cups milk |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingrediants in large microwavable bowl. I prefer plastic. 2. Seperate eggs, keeping the whites for the meringue. 3. Mix milk and eggs together well. 4. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and wisk until well blended. 5. Put in microwave, uncovered, for 7 minutes. 6. Remove, stir and return for another 7 minutes. 7. Remove, stire and return for your last 7 minutes - will be thicker now. 8. Stir in 1 stick of butter and pour into prepared pie shells. 9. Make meringue per your favorite recipe and spoon on top and bake! |
