a very tasty dessert, with basically 2 steps, cooked in a slow cooker. It can't be any easier. Very inexpensive. For the chocolate lover. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup oil |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Prepare sides and bottom of slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients listed above, and slowly pour into slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Serve hot or warm with vanilla ice cream.
