A chocolate base with a creamy Eagle Brand topping dotted with lots and lots of pecans - YUMMY!! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa |
1 cup cold butter |
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat) |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut into butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 minutes. 2. Combine Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla; mix well, Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Cool, Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. |
