1/4 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk |
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted |
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped |
1 cup flaked coconut (optional) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa, butter, and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar, peanuts, and coconut, if desired. Mix well and stir in vanilla. |
