Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares |

A no bake bar. cooking time includes chilling time and standing time. Ingredients:
20 ounces peanut butter chips |
1/3 cup butter, cut up |
28 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (15 whole crackers finely ground) |
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, finely chopped |
1 cup unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped |
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. line a 9x13 inch pan with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray. 2. combine peanut butter chips and butter in a large glass bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir. Return to microwave; heat on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Whisk in dondensed milk. 3. Gradually stir in crumbs and the 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts; use hands if necessary to mix well. Pat the mixture firmly into the pan. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. 4. Microwave the chocolate chips on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth; microwave in additional 15 second increments, if necessary. Spread over top of peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cups nuts. Let stand at room temp until firm, about 1 hour. cut into 48 squares. |
