Great for a quick breakfast or after workout snack. High in protein, low in fat. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup soymilk |
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1 frozen banana |
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. |
