Great for a Morning meal or a snack any time of the day! Full of the right carbs, fats, and protein. Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter |
30 g chocolate protein powder (whey) |
Directions:
1. add oats to water and cook as normal on stove or microwave. 2. when oats are done, add peanut butter and protein powder and mix well. 3. enjoy! |
