So easy,so delicious! Ingredients:
1(16oz)frozen poundcake |
8tbs peanut butter |
1c semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2(3oz. each) pkgs. chocolate pudding mix |
3c chocolate milk |
2tbs chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 11/2qt. baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Horizontally cut the frozen pouncake(thawed in half. Spread each half with 3Tbs peanut butter;cut into 2 x1 chunks. Place half in dish;top with 1/2c semi-sweet chocolate chips and remaining cake. 3. In bowl,whisk chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk;pour over cake. Add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips;cover with foil. 4. Bake 50 mins. Uncover,;add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips . Bake 2-3 mins.Top with 2Tbs peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Vool on rack. |
