Ingredients:
1 package(s) (2.1ounce) sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix |
2 cup(s) chocolate lowfat ice cream slightly softened |
1/4 cup(s) creamy peanut butter |
1 cup(s) frozen fatfree whipped topping, thawed |
3/4 cup(s) nutlike cereal nuggets (grape nuts) |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle 1/2 cut cereal nuggets evenly in bottom of an 8" round cake pan. Combine remaining 1/4 cup cereal nuggets, ice cream, pudding mix, and peanut butter in a bowl. Fold in 1c whipped topping. Spoon mixture into prepared Pan, Cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. |
