can be made with or without crust Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
12 ounces firm tofu |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1 cup smooth peanut butter |
Directions:
1. microwave the chips until melted. 2. combine tofu with syrup and blend. 3. add peanut butter and blend. 4. add chips and blend. 5. pour into crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
