We love this creamy mousse. Another 3 ingredient dessert! Ingredients:
5 ounces milk chocolate candy bars, chopped |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the candy bar, cream and peanut butter.
2. Microwave at 50% power for 2-3 minutes or until smooth, stirring twice.
3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4. Beat mixture until soft peaks form.
5. Spoon into dessert dishes.
