Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing |

This is a great icing and accompanies my recipe for banana chocolate cake wonderfully. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 cup icing sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put brown sugar, butter and cream into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir, bring to a boil.
3. Boil 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
6. Add more icing sugar or cream to obtain the right consistency.
