Another recipe I make often. My sister and her son love this recipe so I always make 2 when they are coming so they can take one home. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 chocolate graham cracker crust |
1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream |
2 cups creamy peanut butter |
18 ounce jar ice cream fudge topping slightly heated |
8 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix ice cream and peanut butter together on low speed for one minute. 2. Pour into pie curst and freeze until firm about 3 hours. 3. Warm topping slightly and spoon over ice cream mixture. 4. Return to freezer. 5. Serve with whipped topping on each piece. |
