Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge |

Variation of the old no bake cookie without the oatmeal. My brother requests I make this every year at holiday time. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/2 stick margarine (4 tablespoons) |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup dry cocoa (no sugar added) |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Boil sugar, margarine, and milk at a hard boil for 3 minutes. 2. Add cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla extract. 3. Blend til smooth. 4. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan. 5. Cool at least 3-4 hours. 6. Cut into 1 1/2 in.-2 in. squares. 7. Very rich. Good for holiday gift giving. 8. NOTE: Be careful with timing this exactly. If undercooked or overcooked will not turn out properly. |
