This is a good icing for a double layer cake. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
3 tablespoons soft butter |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
2 cups powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 -4 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Mix together peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
2. Stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt.
3. Add milk, stirring, until desired consistency is reached.
