I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from The Low Carb Cookbook. These don't keep more than a day.
Ingredients:
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
12 teaspoons equal sugar substitute (12 packets)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Melt the first 3 ingredients in a bowl in the microwave.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, stir again and drop by the tablespoon on waxed paper-you should have 12 drops.
4. Chill until firm-at least 1 hour-and keep in the refrigerator.
