Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Sauce |

A delicious sauce to serve over ice cream or cake. I found this on the label of some sweetened condensed milk. Ingredients:
2 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped |
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt chocolate and peanut butter with sweetened condensed milk and milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool slightly. Serve warm over ice cream, cake or as fruit dipping sauce. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
2. ** I like to add chopped peanuts.
