I love the sweet taste of these cupcakes. The kids like the candy on top best! There easy to make . Ingredients:
1 package moist deluxe swiss chocolate cake mix |
1 container of creamy homestyle vanilla frosting |
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
15 miniature peanut butter cup candies. wrappers removed, cut in half vertically |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Place 30 paper liners in muffin pans.
3. Prepare, bake and cool cupcakes following package directions for basic recipe
4. Combine vanilla frosting and peanut butter in mediium bowl. Stir until smooth.
5. Frost cupcakes
6. Decorate with peanut butter cup candy, cut-side down.
