A really yummy and comforting breakfast that is better for you than the sugar laden cereals on the markets.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate morsel
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar (or splenda)
Directions:
1. Bring milk just to a simmer and add oats.
2. Stir until oats get creamy.
3. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips and stir until they melt.
4. Add unsweetend cocoa and sugar.
5. Feel free to add more milk depending on your desired consistency.
