just swapped out sugar for splenda and lowered amount of oats. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat free milk |
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, powder |
2 tbsp splenda |
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter |
2 tsp vegetable oil |
3/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats |
Directions:
1. in small saucepan, over low heat combine milk, chocolate powder and splenda and heat to boil 2. remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until melted 3. add oil and oats, mix well 4. drop 16 teaspoon-fuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheet 5. freeze 4 hours or overnight |
