Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits

I love this recipe, great for those on a low carb diet.
Ingredients:
90 g soy flour
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
85 g sugar-free peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon melted butter
125 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon chocolate essence or 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190, or gas mark 5.
2. Mix and sift soy flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar subsititute. in a bowl.
3. Melt the butter.
4. Combine peanut butter, melted butter, beaten egg, whipping cream and the essences or flavouring.
5. Add both mixtures together and stir until blended.
6. Drop by teaspoonsful on to greased baking tray and bake until brown ( about 10 minutes).
