I found this recipe in the Bisquick Cookbook. I used a chocolate glaze to drizzle over these and my family just loved them. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Mix baking mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until dough forms. Shape into ball, knead 10 times. 3. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on surface dusted with baking mix. Cut with 2 1/2 doughnut cutter. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Glaze with your favorite glaze. |
