How can anybody resist a bowl of Chocolate Oreo ice cream? Get out your ice cream freezer! Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
14 oz can sweetened, condensed milk |
1 quart half-n-half |
1 pint whipping cream |
8 tbsp cocoa powder |
1 20 oz package oreo cookies, crushed |
milk |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until thick, using electric hand mixer 2. Add the sugar and beat until creamy, 10-15 minutes 3. Mix in condensed milk, half-n-half, cream and cocoa powder. Mix well until cocoa powder is dissolved and blended completely 4. Fold in crushed cookies 5. Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer and finish filling the container with milk 6. Continue according to freezer directions |
