CHOCOLATE ORANGE LIQUEUR SOUFFLÉ This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wiggins Estate in Caddo Mills, Texas in 1983. Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 pound water packed tofu |
1/2 cup cocoa |
3/4 cup honey |
3 tablespoons orange liqueur |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup soy milk |
1/2 cup unbleached white flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then place chips in a bowl and place in hot water to melt stirring. 2. Place remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add melted chocolate and puree a few moments. 4. Pour into a very lightly oiled soufflé dish then bake 45 minutes and cool 5 minutes. |
