Chocolate Oatmeal With a Hint of Peanut Butter |

Decided to put cocoa powder in my oatmeal and loved the result! Soymilk would probably also work in this. Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter |
2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl. The peanut butter might not mix well at first, so just add it last and let it disperse while it heats. 2. Nuke it for about 1-2 minutes on high. 3. Mix again to disperse to peanut butter. 4. Let sit for another minute before eating. 5. Really tasty with some chopped bananas on top! |
