I'm really trying to get control of my life. This recipe comes from Body for Life.... Ingredients:
1/3 cup uncooked oats (non instant) |
1/2 cup water |
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |
1 tbsp peanut butter |
sugar substitute, to taste |
1/3 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine oats, water and protein powder. Microwave on high until oats are cook, about 2 minutes. 2. Stir in the peanut butter. Add sugar substitute. 3. Add milk to taste. |
