Just dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle your favorite nuts on top. Mmmmm. Enjoy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter,soft |
1/4 cup sugar,grind it |
1 1/4 cup flour |
1/2 tsp vanilla essence |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
dark chocolate,melted |
almond/pistachio/peanuts/walnuts,etc;chopped |
or |
desicated coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 180 C. 2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. 3. Add vanilla and baking powder and beat. 4. Add flour,a tablespoon at a time and continue beating until you get a soft dough. 5. Mix well and make 18 equal sized balls. 6. Flat them with the palm of your hand. 7. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake on 180 C for 12-15 8. minutes till the edges of cookies turn golden. 9. Leave on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes to cool a bit,then 10. delicately detatch them from the sheet. 11. Leave to cool on a wire-rack. 12. Dip the top in melted chocolate. 13. Sprinkle desicated coconut / chopped nuts . 14. Leave to set. 15. Makes: 18 cookies |
