1 cup peanut butter |
1 cup caster sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients in a bowl by hand until it forms a firm paste,. 2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. 3. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. 4. Place balls 3cm apart on greased tray,. 5. Cook in moderate oven on 180°C or 350°F, for 20 minutes or until firm. |
