Chocolate Myoplex Pancakes

A simple healthier version of an old-fashioned pancake recipe. It's fast and simple and you typically have the main ingredients on hand. I have used splenda instead of real sugar and they turned out just as good. I use chocolate flavored Myoplex but you can use the vanilla, strawberry, or unflavored too! Even my 2 year old loved these pancakes!!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (i use the almond breeze brand)
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar (or your choice of sugar substitute)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 scoop of myoplex protein powder (1/2 a serving or 39 grams)
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients first
2. Then add all wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Heat a fry pan/griddle and grease LIGHTLY.
4. Pour small amount of batter (about a 1/4 cup) into pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
5. When bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, turn over and cook the other side.
