Cholate muffins with chocolate crumbs if you'd like. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/2 dl sugar |
75 g melted margarine/butter |
1 dl milk |
1 tsp vanilla sugar |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
2 dl wheat flower |
3 tbs cocoa powder and/or 100 g black chocolate |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and sugar together until you form a light fluffy mix. 2. Add melted margarine/butter. 3. Add the mixed dry ingredients through a sieve taking turns with milk. If you’re using black chocolate, add the chocolate crumbs last. 4. Pour the dough in about 20 paper muffin moulds. Don’t fill up the moulds more than 3/4 of the height. 5. Bake in 200ºC for about 15mins. |
