Muffins with pudding topping and colorful sprinkles Ingredients:
250 g flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
50 g sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
100 g dark chocolate |
100 g butter |
200 ml milk |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon cacao |
1 chocolate pudding |
5 tablespoons sugar |
50 g chocolate |
500 ml milk |
colored sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients, including dark chocolate, cut in small pieces. 3. Melt the butter, add milk and the egg. 4. Mix both dry and wet ingredients. 5. Bake 25 minutes(or until golden). 6. While baking make the pudding: melt the chocolate in the milk and then mix in the pudding powder with sugar. 7. When baked, decorate muffins with 1 tablespoon of pudding and sprinkles. |
