Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup hershey low fat cocoa |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
2/3 cup skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Stir in yogurt, milk and vanilla. 3. Mix just until combined. 4. Spray 12 sections in the muffin tin with pam. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
