The recipe makes six 3 cakes. It's quick and easy, that's for sure! Ingredients:
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped |
14 tablespoons unsalted butter |
4 eggs |
4 egg yolks |
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Lightly coat six 3 muffin cups with nonstick spray. 3. Place chopped chocolate and butter in a metal bowl. 4. Set bowl above a saucepan of lightly simmering water. 5. Melt together until completely smooth. 6. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and yolks. 7. Stir in powdered sugar and flour. 8. Bake for EXACTLY 7 minutes. 9. Remove from oven and serve immediately. |
