Chocolate Mousse...the Easy Way! |

This is super easy and very rich. It impresses my guests everytime! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 cups chocolate chips |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Pour milk in heavy saucepan and heat to boiling point. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender container. 3. Pour in the hot milk, then blend at low speed for 1 minute or until smooth. 4. Pour into 6 custard cups, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. 5. Garnish with mint leaves, homeade chocolate leaves and fresh fruit. |
